Sally Fitzgerald (1917-2000) was a writer and editor of several volumes of Flannery O'Connor's letters and works. Sally and her husband, Robert Fitzgerald, met Flannery O'Connor in 1949, while O'Connor was finishing a fellowship at the Yaddo Community in New York.
